September of 2009, Bethany Hartzler moved into Kansas City to begin urban missions for Unveiled Women's Ministry. She turned her rented one bedroom house into a welcoming place for the teens in the neighborhood to hang out, rather than at the park down the street. The park is such a nice place, but spiritually it is devistating, like most of the neighborhood. There are so many people who are hurting and need Jesus. There are demonic forced that have ruled the area too long, and Unveiled knows that God is moving. God is placing Unveiled and other ministries in strategic positions to take back His city of Kansas City.
	We are excited about what all God has placed in front of us. Bethany has had the opportunity to really get connected with some of the teens and their families in the neighborhood. We believe that this is only the beginning of what God is going to use Unveiled to do in the inner city.
	We are currently looking into a place to grow, and become an official teen hang out in the neighborhood. There are many good programs for youth, but so many are going without help because they do not fit the program mold. It is much easier to hang out at the park than committ to something. Bethany believes that the best thing for these teens is to create a fun and safe place for them to hang out, with a focus on Jesus. For example, Christian games and movies, as well as games that are just fun like pool and ping pong and card games.
	This summer is going to hold a lot of opportunities for us. We are looking forward to spending a lot of time at the park, and will have a pretty busy schedule. A couple of the teens will also have the opportunity to go on mission trips to Indian Reservations with Bethany.
